One hour tours + Optional consultation
I host tours of my sustainable home and the Chippendale road gardens.
During these one-hour information sessions, I show you how to design systems for water, energy, recycled water and sewage and provide details about how to get approvals, materials and costs. You may buy my books, Sustainable House, and Sustainable Food on the tour, too, and save postage costs. If you buy the two books online you also receive a free tour of the house for you and one friend on one of the public tours offered for bookings on this site.
Up to 20 people can come on a public tour.

Optional consultation after tour, $120 additional fee, payable before the tour *
If you’d like to discuss your own project and get design, product and costing suggestions in a one hour consultation after the tour, let me know when you book the tour. You will receive:
product options
design and ideas sketches
suggestions on any designs or ideas you already have
contacts for plumbing, installation, solar, water, recycled, food systems
Light lunch provided.
Please ask for the optional consultation when you book so I know to cater for the light lunch. I will then email you with my bank details so you may pay in advance.
Maximum of 4 people in this optional consultation.

Free tours on the general public tours at any one time for my neighbours who are residents or work in Chippendale; please email me to confirm a place(s) if paying guests have not first already booked.
The public tour schedule is:

Once you book and pay you’ll automatically receive an email confirming payment for your booking and then all you need to do is to turn up on the day and time of your booking.
